Welcome! Whether you're new to therapy or returning, I commend you for taking this time for yourself.
Areas of Focus: I specialize in identity exploration, women’s issues, LGBTQIA+ issues, life transitions, self-esteem, stress, anxiety, and depression. If you're grappling with questions like “Who am I?” or “Where do I belong?”, know that I’m here to listen and support you. My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where we can approach these big questions with curiosity and vulnerability. I believe that vulnerability is a powerful tool for personal growth.
Working with Me: My approach is warm, conversational, and collaborative. I see you as the expert on yourself and am dedicated to walking alongside you as you explore and discover. Expect to work on coping mechanisms, emotional regulation, and existential questions in a way that suits your needs. Whether you prefer to chat while lying down, sitting on the floor, or need a sensory break, I adapt to your comfort. I am LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent affirming, and all identities are welcome.
A Little More About Me: I completed my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at St. Edward’s University, following my studies at the University of Houston. In my free time, you’ll find me reading, gardening, or enjoying life’s little moments. I have a fondness for the paranormal and the magical.
